Australia to Breed Test Tube Sharks

Australian scientists earlier this month launched a groundbreaking program to breed test tube gray nurse sharks in captivity in a bid to save the harmless species, nicknamed the "Labrador of the sea," from extinction.

Under the New South Wales government plan, scientists will remove embryos from sharks in the wild and nurture them in laboratories.
